  • using BOOK NOW reservation system through our web site: arthotel.bg

 

 

  1. Casa Art Hotel Receptionist will send you a confirmation e-mail concerning the Voucher details and our bank account details

 

 

  1. While transferring the amount due to our bank account, do include a notification about the Voucher details and the name of the person the Voucher is to be used by

 

 

  1. Casa Art Hotel Receptionist will send you either via e-mail in a .pdf format, or via a courier – with an artistic card cover the Voucher you have purchased as a present for the one(s) you love, your friends or relatives.

 

  1. The Voucher is to be used within a 2-months’ period after its issue. Having received the Voucher as a present, your friends/relatives shall contact us to check the availability at the hotel for the date(s) requested.

 

 *Voucher prices change depending on the accommodation price list in force at the time the Voucher is to be used.
